Pazo do Mar Blanco wine is made with grapes from the Miño and Avia valleys. Different soils, orientations, and climates produce distinctive wines thanks to the personality of the native varieties present in the blend. The Treixadura grape would be the “backbone” of this wine, with the Torrontés providing lightness and ease on the palate, the Albariño providing body and structure, the Loureira providing delicate floral nuances, and the Godello complementing the Albariño, lending personality to the final blend.
Pazo do Mar White is a white Ribeiro wine made from 100% native grape varieties.
