The concept of this winery is “***Vino de Pago***” or wine made exclusively with grapes provided by a single estate or property, the high quality is due to the professional management of the vineyard and its uniformed quality. The vineyard is planted on a novel and unique single trellis driving system, opposed to the typical arbor system of the area, which gives us an important differentiation in quality. The soil is basically acidic and of granite composition. The grape variety used is almost entirely of the *Albariño* variety. Con este proxecto a empresa pretende mellorar o proceso de embotellado e ampliara capacidade de elaboración.
